Anyone that works within the fields of interior design and architecture knows the name Tom Dixon. An award-winning, self thought designer from London that explores the concept of design using high end materials and out of this world aesthetics that give functionality a whole new meaning.
The Tom Dixon brand includes an Interior Design subsidiary and Design Research Studio which has been quietly working for the last 12 years on a broad selection of innovative design projects and products. Dixon has developed a wide range of works that include residential, commercial, public, product development, branding and interior design.
Dixon is recognized as one of the world’s best interior designers, building up an impressive portfolio that shares a strong narrative, aesthetic, sensibility and innovative attitude.

In this interior design project , Dixon’s Design Research Studio included strong contrasts such as golden lighting pendants, black bar stools and a stunning stone balcony. As a base you can find sophisticated dark wood flooring.
INTERCHANGE CO-WORKING SPACE CAMDEN
In this office design, a black and grey color pallet serves to emphasize the daring and mysterious design of the desks and chairs in the space. Colorful surfaces where implemented in one of the facades to enlighten the interior decoration and balance out the neutrals.
In this interior design project, black and white patterned tiles provide a unique touch to the flooring, and at the same time balances out the minimalist design. Golden details are used to enhance the space while an elegant round wall mirror decorates the walls. Definitely one of our ultimate favorite.
Dixon’s Design Research Studio opted for golden walls and doors to delineate the space in a luxurious way. Materials like light wood and marble provide a more minimalist approach that is complemented by unique lighting pendants and decorative items.
In this luxurious restaurant in London, Dixon’s studio opt for large creative windows that enable a great source of natural lighting to the space. Black lines delineate the building’s unique architecture while greens, blacks and browns inhabit the interior design.
